I need some quick advice! I'm purchasing a 1970 Chevy C10 sitting on new modern chassis with LS2/6.0 engine. On viewing the title, the brand is called out as GMC. Checked the VIN plate in cab door and it's a GMC truck (at least the cab). The truck is completely branded as a 1970 Chevy Cheyenne. It's a custom restomod that has significant patina, but is brand new inside the cab, engine bay, and running gear. So not sure if the title and VIN plate even matter.
Should I be concerned that this will negatively impact the resale value or desirability? Are there any other gotchas with this mismatch?
