I am redoing the oak wood from the bed. Sanded smooth and ready for finish. My plan is the stain and then seal it with marine spar poly. My concern is the UV rays will attack the poly and I will have to go through this again in the future. Was wondering what others have done to protect the finish and still have it looking good.
