Chevy hubcaps from Soviet Union or where?

Im a early Bronco guy but need some help.  Bought a old school Redneck build trailer just for the title and plates for a trailer I am building.  The axle was a 6 lug front end with the tie rod fixed with a bolt through the axle?  Defiantly looks chevy but the hub caps have the correct design but letters are foreign?  Cant find anything online about them but a hub cap seller at a swap meet says there are from Soviet Union but Chevy Truck?  Anyone heard of chevy truck built in Soviet Union or are these hubcaps from somewhere else?  Thanks for any help someone can provide.
