I'm not sure if you guys heard about the show we put on this year. It's called the Tri-Five Nationals. It was at Beech Bend Raceway in Bowling Green, Kentucky. It's basically a celebration of 55-57 Chevrolets and the trucks are totally welcome!!! I personally really like the trucks but I'm not sure how many truck owners knew about the show because the showing was minimal.
I just wanted to let truck owners know about this event. I think you guys would REALLY enjoy yourselves. There are events at night, tons of vendors, Heads up fun-runs at the drag strip that are open to EVERYONE (as long as you have seat belts),
competitive bracket racing, exhibition runs from some big time 200+mph cars... and tons more.
There is also an association that was started just for 55-57 Chevrolets. www.americantrifive.com
Trucks are welcome to be a part of all of these groups and events. We try to communicate through Facebook and TriFive.Com but I thought I would reach out to a truck specific site to let you guys know.
I'd really love to see more of them and I don't want 55-57 truck guys to think they're excluded from any of this.
