I have a rebuilt 54' 235 with 1000 miles on it. The oil pressure at start and while cold idles at 35 and with increased rpm moves the needle toward 45- 50.
After 5 minutes, warmed up it idles at 15 and with increased rmp hits just above 30
After 7 to ten minutes and hot, it sits maybe at 5 and bounces slightly with increase rpm
I am not a mechanic... just wondering what the symptoms may point to...
