1935 Chevy 1 1/2 ton truck wood frame

I have a 1935 Chevy 1 1/2 ton truck and am looking for patterns for the wood frame.  I have had very poor luck getting kits and would like to try to build the pieces myself.  Does anyone know where I can get drawings or plans that show the individual pieces?

I have restored the frame and engine and am know starting on the cab.

I am also trying to determine what the metal is that is in the grill and metal that holds the grill in place.  It looks like stainless.
